This is a repository for short research papers generated through practitioner led research.  The repository has been designed to allow you to search for an existing paper or to upload a research paper.

Research papers are required to follow publication conventions which are outlined in the downloadable guidance below.

Research papers go though a peer review. Peer review is the evaluation of work by one or more people of similar competence to the producers of the work (peers). It constitutes a form of self-regulation by qualified members of a profession within the relevant field. Peer review methods are employed to maintain standards of quality, improve performance, and provide credibility.

Peer reviewers use a set of criteria on which to review each submission to the portal. These are downloadable below. Once the paper has been reviewed it is published. If amendments are required the paper with be returned to the author for re submission.
